Horse rescue

On Friday 24th July a report was received into the office that a mare was in a state of neglect with some open wounds on her body. We tried to act as quickly as possible and with the assistance of the IHWT and members of An Gardai Siochana the mare and newly born foal were removed to safety. WSPCA plans to re-open to public 29th June

Operation pet transformation- Greystones Veterinary Hospital

We are delighted to be involved in this great initiative by Greystones Veterinary Hospital. Pet operation transformation 5km will take place on Sat 7th March at 2pm. Sue and Eileen will be there with some of the dogs from the sanctuary, meeting in the car park shortly before 2pm. We hope to meet many of our past resident dogs with the new owners and looking forward to a lovely afternoon.
