  Wicklow SPCA assisted officers from the ISPCA following a report of neglect to a number of dogs in Co. Wicklow. 4 dogs were removed from a property . The Husky is 10 years plus and was in very poor condition. All the dogs were under nourished with matted coats and overgrown nails. Wicklow spca are asking for some understanding from the public on the rehoming  of the recently rescued dogs from a puppy farm. We are inundated with requests and offers of homes, foster care etc. These dogs are completely unsocialised and require a lot of time and patience from our team.
